How can we make other people and organizations look at / sign onto this?

While we have designed The Blacksmiths Pledge and Toolkit primarily for people to look deeply at themselves and their own organizations, you can send other individuals the link, and there is an option in the Organizational Pledge to "request that my organization sign the Organizational Pledge"
